If I order today, when will the kit arrive?Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days within the UK. Shipping times may be extended during busy periods like December. For more information, please check our shipping page.
I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?If your order isn't delivered within a reasonable time or you fear it may have been lost in the post, please email us on hello@terracottaherbs.com and we’ll help resolve the problem.
Do you ship internationally?Currently we don't, due to import/export difficulties and unexpected tax charges levied on our customers. For more info, please check our shipping page.
What's your return policy?Here's our ridiculously simple, 100-day return policy.
B. Kit Content Questions
What's included in the box?Three terracotta pots, three saucers, six seeds (parsley, chives, dill, basil, peppermint and coriander), and just the right amount of gravel and compost to fill your pots.
Where do your seeds come from?Our seeds are sourced from suppliers within the UK.
Where do your pots come from?We buy from established European manufacturers who've been making pots for over a century.
C. Herb Growing Questions
How long will it take my herbs to grow?You should expect to see sprouting seedlings within 14 days, but this varies on the seed type, lighting and watering conditions.
How often do I need to water the seeds?As a general rule, you should water your pots every two days and be wary of over-watering. For more information on ideal watering arrangements for specific seeds, see our seeds information page.
What seeds are included in the kit?Parsley, chives, dill, basil, peppermint and coriander. Read more about them here.
How will you make sure the pots aren't broken in transit?We've worked with specialist packaging manufacturers to create a bespoke box just for our terracotta pots and saucers. We've tested it by throwing it around, and it does a great job at keeping everything together. If for some reason you do have a damaged item, we can replace it for you no problem.
